To enter the Dumpster area, Waterwood residents will need an RFID tag. Homeowners must be current on HOA dues or on a payment plan to have dumpster privileges. RFID tags may be obtained in the Waterwood Improvement Association, Inc. office. *Please note that the video is being recorded, so anyone dumping non-household trash could be subject to fines and/or garbage privileges suspended. Please help your community and hold down costs by abiding by the posted rules.
Every Monday, the Waterwood Improvement Association, Inc. maintenance crew picks up bagged leaves, bundled sticks, and small limb’s curbside. PLEASE DO NOT PUT HOUSEHOLD TRASH WITH THE LEAVES. The bags are taken to the compost/debris site and opened. Curbside large trash/non-household pick-up is on the first Monday of each month. The Waterwood Improvement Association, Inc. maintenance crew will pick up furniture, mattresses, and other non-hazardous materials. THESE ITEMS MAY NOT BE THROWN AWAY IN THE DUMPSTER AREA. Contact the Waterwood Improvement Association, Inc. office prior to pick-up day to get on the list.
Home mail delivery is not available. UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliver to Waterwood homes. The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail to postal boxes located in a central community facility. The post office boxes are $40 per year and managed by Palmer Real Estate. Boxes that are too large for postal lockers are stored inside the Palmer Office. Parcels will also be placed inside the Palmer office if there are no available lockers.
*If you are new to the neighborhood, be sure your MAILING address is on all documents, including mortgages, insurance policies, and property addresses… Most Waterwoodians use both addresses to be safe.
