  • * Joined lots must have a primary residence and be combined through San Jacinto County Commissioners Court

  • Capital Improvement Fee (assessed prior to the new build)
  • $3,200
  • Transfer Fee (administration fee assessed to the buyer for each lot/property purchased)

  • Waterwood Neighborhood News Advertisement (includes a hyperlink if requested)
  • $10 per month or $100 annually
  • Pool Pass
  • $20 per year per household (may require proof of residence)
  • $75 for a replacement card

FINES & FINES POLICY

  • Large or Small Improvements with no Architectural Approval Committee application and/or approval
  • $1,000 fine (which will be added to the annual dues notice)
